As an MGH employee who works with children 0-5 years of age, I know that the positive experiences a child has in the early years sets the foundation for future success. Our daughter’s positive experience begins with how we feel about where we send her when we need to go to work. I appreciate the leadership at BFELC, the constant pride in excellence and striving toward an even better care and learning environment for the children, a professional work environment for teachers, and the support that the teachers have given me as a new parent in understanding how to support my child’s growth. The owner has been a remarkable leader of BFELC during the tremendous challenges of COVID-19, clearly communicating her values and plans, and making sure children and families feel as comfortable as possible as we all work together toward success.
