Lori Rosen

My name is Lori Rosen. I have 30 plus years of experience in Early Education and Care. I hold an associates in graphic design, a Bachelors in Child studies, and a Masters in Early education. I am CLASS (Classroom Language Scoring System) certified, a certified early childhood mentor coach and have been heavily trained in Trauma informed care. I have worked in just about every early education setting from family based care to classroom grade school teacher. I live in Revere with my own 3 kids (8, 6, and 20 months) 2 cats and my husband who is a teacher in Boston. I have a deep passion for childhood and an even deeper knowledge of best practices and what children really need. I believe that teachers and parents need to work as a team to ensure: 1 - the individual child’s best interest is put first 2 - the culture and beliefs of the family are respected and reflected and 3 - staff and families are comfortable and happy with the care they are giving and receiving. I am so excited to be joining the Best Friends team and to be able to share my unique creativity, knowledge, and passion for early childhood!
